Former British Broadcasting Corporation Specialists Participate in Parliamentary Inquiry After Assertions of Partiality in Leaked Memorandum

Ex- BBC advisers speaking at Members of Parliament

We start with inquiries from Conservative lawmaker the panel's head, who oversees the committee.

She initiates by offering details to the unauthorized document prepared by Michael Prescott and published in a daily publication.

"I don't want the British Broadcasting Corporation slanting this way or that way, I just want it neutral, fair and fair," he says.

When asked if he considers the BBC is institutionally biased, Prescott replies: "No, I do not. To be clear, a great deal the BBC does is world class - including factual and fictional shows."

Nevertheless, he states: "There remains significant effort that requires attention at the British Broadcasting Corporation."

The second former external British Broadcasting Corporation adviser interviewed by the panel, Caroline Daniel, remarks she takes the BBC extremely earnestly and that it maintains a "ongoing system and lively discussion" across fluid and multifaceted issues.

"Did the BBC willing to conduct a genuine dialogue and debate and take action?" she reflects. "From my perspective, affirmative, they were."
